"I actually had a frustrating..."
I actually had a frustrating experience with their customer service. I sent a few messages and never got a real response, and in the end they didn’t help me out at all.

"Pretty rough ordering experience"
I had a frustrating time ordering from nughubny.com. The checkout seemed to go through fine, but after that I didn’t really get much in the way of clear updates, so I was kind of left guessing what was happening.
I did try reaching out, but the responses were slow and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe it works out better for some people, I’m sure it probably does, but based on my experience I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Didn’t feel worth it after paying"
After I paid I started feeling a bit unsure about the whole thing. The buds ended up being way too dry, and the quality just wasn’t as good as I expected. Kind of made me feel like I shouldn’t have trusted it so quickly.

"That delivery took forever"
I was waiting on this for almost a week, which was frustrating. Not really cool when you’re expecting something sooner and it just keeps taking that long...

"Pretty limited selection"
I checked out nughubny.com thinking they’d probably have a decent variety, but the selection felt bare. A bunch of things I was looking for just weren’t listed, and some of the categories only had a few options. Maybe they were low on stock or just haven’t added everything yet, I don’t know, but it was kind of a letdown. I clicked around for a little while and then just gave up

"Seriously not worth the price"
I don’t get how the prices are this high for what you actually get. When my order arrived, I just kept thinking, how is this okay? It felt way overpriced for the quality and portion, and I definitely wouldn’t order again.
